If you are willing and ready to work we want to meet you!The Virtual Cannabis Concierge (VCC) acts as an online source for customers to ask questions, concerns, and changes for orders placed on the website. The VCC will answer customer calls and chat inquires through the chat program Crisp and assist customers with their inquiries and orders. The VCC educates customers and makes product suggestions to them. The VCC will assist the customer in completing their orders and answer any questions about inventory. Lastly, the VCC will give the customers estimated times of arrival for their deliveries and resolve any emerging problems that may face.RequirementsPlease note that we are specifically looking for candidates who are able to work evenings and weekends regularly. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers, listen for customers' needs, recommend, select and help locate the right products.Educate the customer by describing a product's features and benefits, demonstrate the use and operation of the product.Input customers' orders into the POS system.Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise make suggestions and encourage questions.Stay current with sales prices, discounts, specials, and PAD demonstrations.Educate the customer regarding the benefits of cannabis, sales happen organically as a result, education is more important than a sale.Always deliver exceptional customer service.Actively educate yourself about cannabis and the industry.Give each customer your full attention and listen.Punctual and consistent shift attendance.Must comply with expectations that are aligned with company policy.Performs other related duties as assigned.Respond to customer questions and complaints.Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
