The Senior Strategic Planning Analyst will play a vital role in our Strategic Planning department, contributing to the development of long-term strategies.
This position is essential for generating data-driven insights, preparing executive-level presentations, and collaborating across business functions to foster alignment on strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning, your contributions will be invaluable.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on macro and industry trends, key competitors, and emerging technologies, translating findings into actionable insights for Encompass Health.
Monitor and analyze progress against strategic objectives through comprehensive data and financial analysis.
Assist in crafting messaging and content for senior leadership meetings, such as Board of Directors meetings and industry association gatherings.
Collaborate with various business units to drive the execution of enterprise strategies and partner on functional strategy initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc support and project assistance to departments beyond Strategic Planning.
Please note, this position is based in our Birmingham, AL home office and is not a remote opportunity.
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in business or health administration is highly desirable.
Outstanding record of academic and professional achievement.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Solid understanding of financial statements and analytics.
