Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Support Associate (Virtual Caregiver), you will play a critical role in monitoring the activity and behaviors of our clients during overnight hours from our office location in Grandview. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Remotely monitoring client activity and behaviors during overnight shifts
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of observations and behaviors as outlined in designated care plans
  • Reporting incidents or emergencies to families, administrative support, and authorized agencies as necessary
  • Submitting timely and accurate reports at the end of each shift
  • Participating in case reviews and consulting with care teams to evaluate client needs and long-term planning
  • Operating in an ambiguous environment, supporting multiple individuals, and being available to respond to in-person needs as required

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, with pay rates varying based on your availability and commitment to working hours. Our pay structure includes:

  • Starting Base Rate: $14.00/HR for candidates committing to 16-40 hours per week
  • Week Day Overnight Add-on: Base Rate + 12% = $15.68/HR
  • Weekend Day Add-on: Base Rate + 12% = $15.68/HR
  • Weekend Overnight Add-on: Weekend Day Rate + 12% = $17.56/HR
  • $12.00/HR for candidates committing to less than 16 hours per week
