We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Futures Support Specialist to join our operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth trade operations and customer service during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries received during evening and weekend hours
- Assist customers with account access, trade inquiries, position questions, and general support
- Log and escalate client issues through established internal systems (Salesforce, ticketing, etc.) for follow-up
- Monitor order flow, executions, and clearing activity for accuracy and completeness
- Support electronic trading platforms and assist with exchange connectivity issues
- Monitor client positions, intraday exposure, and margin utilization using internal risk systems
- Identify and escalate potential trading anomalies, limit breaches, or system alerts to senior staff
- Participate in overnight surveillance procedures to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies
- Process new account documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with internal onboarding workflows
- Update client account information and support maintenance requests as needed
- Monitor cash flows into books and records along with client reports

Skills
