Product Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition, Luna Prime Gaming Marketing

Define the next chapter of gaming entertainment for millions of players worldwide. At Amazon Luna Prime Gaming, we are building an industry-leading gaming service where players come to discover, play, buy and subscribe to the world's best video games. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, innovative and data-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team to drive our customer acquisition strategy.
In this role, you will be growing Amazon Luna Prime Gaming's marketing funnel at consideration and conversion steps. Your responsibility will include both growing established traffic channels, and unlocking new channels within or outside of Amazon's ecosystem. You will partner with numerous Amazon teams working on gaming IP or services (eg. Prime Video, Twitch), and with cross-functional Luna-PG stakeholders across Product and Business Development teams to build and scale new marketing channels. You will be customer-obsessed in understanding drivers of conversion, run tests, and advocate on behalf of our customers across the organization. You will formulate and rapidly execute marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, dive-deep into data to generate insights, and iterate and scale based on your learnings. You will operate with a worldwide scope, and adapt your strategy based on region-specific insights where applicable.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy to maximize customer acquisition, focusing on traffic and conversion.
• Build partnerships across the immediate and broader organization, identify potential new traffic channels, and rapidly launch initiatives to test effectiveness and scale.
• Grow and evolve existing traffic channels, driving the strategy, initiatives and tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, UX and GTM teams to develop best-in-class landing page experiences and messaging to drive customer conversion.
• Build a deep understanding of traffic and conversion, and step up as the subject matter expert and thought leader in your domain. Regularly dive deep and inspect key metrics, work with data science teams to surface and analyze new metrics as needed. Identify patterns and key insights, surface in weekly/monthly business review mechanisms, and drive continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns: Define message & copy, drive legal reviews, provide & drive creative brief, define target customer segments, drive localization, campaign building, launching and performance tracking. Demonstrate hands-on leadership in developing and executing new initiatives from concept to completion. Leverage merchandising teams, marketing channel SMEs and Tech/BI teams to scale & automate.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt global strategies to meet local needs — identify country-specific nuances that require tailored approaches to maximize adoption and engagement while meeting legal requirements.
