Key Responsibilities Process patient enrollment by entering data into our system, handling patient medication requests, and resolving issues in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Handle high-volume client requests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize Walgreens solution data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests. Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle data entry-related exceptions. Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support. Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed. Obtain and maintain an active pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintain it throughout your tenure with the company. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Basic computer skills, including the ability to start and shut down a computer, use a mouse, and access data online. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and arranging files). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Transitional to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing documents).
