About The Inner Initiative

The Inner Initiative is a fast-growing functional health company led by Coach Kaylin (@coachkaylin), helping women heal their hormones and gut from the inside out. We bridge the gap between traditional fitness coaching and true functional optimization through labs, protocols, mentorship, and lifestyle transformation.

We're expanding our team and looking for a Functional Nutrition Coach who's ready to step into a full roster, help redefine what functional health really looks like, and grow within a high-integrity, high-impact company.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and coach a full roster of 1:1 clients inside The Inner Initiative programs.
  • Review and interpret functional labs (bloodwork, GI-MAP, DUTCH, HTMA, etc.) to build customized, root-cause protocols.
  • Communicate with clients through weekly check-ins, education, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine systems, improve client outcomes, and deliver an unmatched coaching experience.
  • Embody our brand values: excellence, integrity, connection, and impact.

This Role Is FOR YOU If…

→ You're an experienced coach (ideally already online) ready to go full-time fast and take on a full roster with relevant education in the functional field.

→ You can confidently read most functional labs and have experience building individualized, root-cause protocols that move the needle for good.

→ You want to be part of a powerful Christian female team rooted in impact, passion, and excellence.

→ You value collaboration, integrity, and doing things the right way—not the easy way.

→ You're driven by max potential—financially, professionally, and personally—and want freedom to grow inside a company that matches your pace.

→ You're committed to high energy, deep connection, and long-term transformation for yourself and the women you serve.

This Role Is NOT FOR YOU If…

→ You're looking for something short-term or part-time.

→ You see this as a mentorship instead of a role.

→ You're treating this as a stepping stone for your own business growth.

→ You're not comfortable managing a full roster or working autonomously.

→ You rely on cookie-cutter coaching systems or aren't adaptable.

→ You're offended by accountability, sarcasm, and being held to your highest standard.

Qualifications

  • Certification or degree in functional nutrition, integrative health, dietetics, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience interpreting functional labs and creating individualized protocols.
  • 2+ years of experience in coaching, nutrition, or health consulting.
  • Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
  • Self-starter with high integrity and ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive base per-client or monthly rate (commensurate with experience).
  • Growth opportunities as The Inner Initiative expands its coaching team and programs.
  • Remote work with flexible schedule and strong team collaboration.
