About the position

The Monitoring Aide (RMA) position involves providing continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients in a remote monitoring capacity. The aide is responsible for verbally redirecting patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors and alerting nursing personnel when assistance is needed or if there are changes in a patient's condition. This part-time role requires working night shifts and includes mandatory orientation.
