Position Requirements: • Must have access to a computer or laptop meeting the following specifications: Minimum 8 GB off RAM • 64-bit Operating System • 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher • Dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and a locked door. • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a demanding environment. Job Responsibilities: • Engage with clients via online chat to address inquiries and concerns. • Provide detailed information about our products and services through online chat. • Resolve product issues and troubleshoot client concerns effectively via online chat. • Maintain accurate client records and update interactions in our system. • Stay informed about our evolving products and services to provide up-to-date information. • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training.
