The successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service, have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of current cloud-based technologies such as Okta, Google Workspace, MDM solutions, etc. You will play a key role in ensuring our IT services run smoothly, while providing outstanding support to our users and contributing to the overall success of our organization.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p>Technology Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</li> <li>Support employees with software installations, configurations, and updates</li> <li>Oversee the procurement, inventory, deployment, and tracking of IT equipment and assets.</li> <li>Manage hardware shipping, receiving, and proper disposal or recycling of outdated technology.</li> </ul> <p>Hardware Lifecycle Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement IT asset lifecycle strategies, including upgrades and replacements.</li> </ul> <p>Knowledge Management</p> <ul> <li>Maintain an IT support knowledge base, documenting common issues and resolutions.</li> <li>Promote best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing</li> </ul> <p>System Administration</p> <ul> <li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across IT systems.</li> <li>Contribute to IT projects and major initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience providing exceptional technology support to users in a globally-distributed, hybrid or fully-remote environment</li> <li>Experience with MDM solutions (Kandji, Hexnode, etc)</li> <li>Strong experience administering collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom</li> <li>Hands-on experience managing IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.</li> <li>Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), user provisioning, and security best practices using Okta.
