Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. ,
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software. ,
- Perform Tier 1 support for server, printer, and network maintenance. ,
- Utilize available information resources to research and address user inquiries. ,
- Adhere to standard help desk procedures and protocols. ,
- Redirect and escalate issues to the appropriate resources, as necessary. ,
- Serve as a liaison between users, subsidiaries, and system administrators. ,
- Track and route problems and requests, documenting resolutions accurately. ,
- Inform management of recurring technical issues. ,
- Stay updated with the latest system information, changes, and updates. ,
- Update user manuals and procedural documentation to reflect the latest versions. ,
- Follow up with employees to ensure their issues have been resolved. ,

Requirements
