He or she will provide direct sales support, equipment training, and other factory-related assistance to Ditch Witch dealers, dealership personnel, and direct customers. This includes the ability to present technical information to groups and individuals. </p> </li><li><p>Have appropriate correspondence, record keeping and computer/ information Technology and enterprising skill sets. </p> </li> </ul> <h2><b>Preferred Qualifications: </b> </h2><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field is preferred. </p> </li><li><p>Generator / AC Systems (480V) Experience is helpful. </p> </li><li><p>HVAC knowledge is helpful, not necessarily required. </p> </li><li><p>Computer/Microsoft skills are a necessary skill to have in this position. </p> </li> </ul> <h2><b>Job Title: </b> </h2><p>The job title will be based on academic and prior years of directly related experience: </p> <ul><li><p><b>Field Service Technician / Product Sales Specialist I </b> – 1-5 years experience in sales and marketing; Upon training, be able to operate and effectively demonstrate heavy construction equipment. This includes work in “the field” or in “dynamic/active” construction site conditions. </p> </li> </ul> <ul><li><p><b>Field Service Technician / Product Sales Specialist II </b> – 5-10 years of experience in the training field or equivalent of American Augers or Ditch Witch related skills. Training and experience in sales and marketing and a very high level of technical expertise related to our product line or the underground industry is preferred. He or she must have high-level of instructor led traits and skills, including a high-level of customer service, empathy and people skills. </p> </li> </ul> <ul><li><p><b>Field Service Technician / Product Sales Specialist III </b> - 10+ years of American Augers or Ditch Witch experience or equivalent in a related field.
