Our client, a leading business conglomerate, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Director. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the executive office, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communication, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be based in our **Tangerang, Banten, ID** office, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence with discretion, and organizing meetings and events. You will also be responsible for managing office supplies, liaising with other departments, and acting as a first point of contact for the Director's office. This is a demanding yet rewarding position that requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
