Entry Level Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:Assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products, services, and sales opportunities. Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service and maintain friendly, helpful demeanor. Attend daily meetings with fellow Entry Level Customer Service Team Members to collaborate on goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while aligning with sales targets. Resolve customer complaints promptly and in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty. Attend daily team campaign meetings to set goals, collaborating with the sales team. Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers in a face-to-face environment.Entry Level Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain products and services and effectively drive sales. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others.Strong problem solving abilities, ensuring customer issues are addressed accurately and efficiently, while contributing to overall sales goals.
