If you are passionate about transforming the way professionals connect and collaborate, we would love to hear from you.</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Assist in campaign creation including email build, list segmentation, journey setup, and tracking.</li> <li>Oversee campaign nomenclature and hierarchy and update as necessary.</li> <li>Conduct A/B and segmentation tests that enhance marketing effectiveness to identify best marketing practices for email audiences.</li> <li>Build ongoing strategies to optimize email/nurture performance and conversions, including segmentation and automation testing.</li> <li>Support ad-hoc requests and strategically problem-solve and identify opportunities to improve email deliverability.</li> <li>Help manage, direct, and answer inquiries/questions related to email campaigns.</li> <li>Document campaigns and processes to support team needs.</li> <li>Support the Marketing analytics team by pulling campaign reporting from Iterable. </li> <li>Establish strong working relationships with the Lifecycle Marketing team to recognize needs and opportunities for improvement.</li> </ul> <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Curiosity and the openness to learn new skillsets.</li> <li>Has executed email marketing campaigns and is comfortable coding in HTML and CSS.
