What we're looking for...

The Copywriter will develop clear, compelling copy for our customers while also understanding the business objectives, voice and strategy for C3 Industries brands,

In this role you will.

  • Develop copy across the creative spectrumfrom compelling campaign messaging to clear instructional contentfor print and digital deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, retail, and creative teams to develop and execute campaigns for in-store and digital use.
  • Write and edit copy for product launches, product detail pages, editorial content, newsletters, blogs, and social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with strategic brand voice and resonates with target audiences across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Partner with creative leaders and design peers to elevate creative development and execution.
  • Maintain and evolve copy style guides; create new documentation as needed.
  • Audit and coach internal and external teams on brand voice and copy standards.
  • Manage timelines using project tracking tools and maintain close communication with stakeholders to align on business priorities and deadlines.
  • Stay current on content trends and style across media and marketing channels.

Skills and experience you have...

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a copywriter in advertising and/or in-house.
  • A track record of attracting, retaining, and growing an audience through the use of compelling content in brand campaigns, direct response advertising, email, and social media.
  • A self-starter with a strong results orientation and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across varying timelines, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • An experienced understanding of the writing nuances between B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and foster strong relationships.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
