In this role you will be responsible for supporting users of Western Union Agent Academy (Totara LMS) for Agents across the globe. Also, you will be responsible for activities related to content and country deployments, including making sure user experience is not impacted with unnecessary issues or course miss behavior.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will be required to support the management of the courses and resources within the LMS ensuring that materials are uploaded correctly and are accessible to users. Collaborate with activities related to content and country deployments. Conduct training assignments.
  • Performing training assignments. Also includes answering questions about platform features and capabilities.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and frequently asked questions to assist users and coordinate support efforts.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent will be desirable.
  • Mid-to-advanced level knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Technology will make you stand out.
  • Hands-on experience in LMS IT support, Customer Service or similar fields would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Reporting in Excel
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills (from B2 level).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high-energy team supporting customers’ questions and needs.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Customer and problem-solving oriented attitude are expected.
