Now Hiring: Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location:

Onsite – 30 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004

Compensation:

English/ Spanish :$19 per hour
English and one of the following languages listed: $20 per hour — Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, or Bengali

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (some Saturdays required)
Scheduled Shifts:
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls related to health insurance enrollment
Assist clients with health plan selection and managed care options
Process enrollment and disenrollment requests
Support mailroom and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years in call center or human services
Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multitasking and time management
Computer proficiency (dual monitors, fast typing)
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
