Now Hiring: Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location:
- Onsite – 30 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004
Compensation:
- English/ Spanish :$19 per hour
- English and one of the following languages listed: $20 per hour — Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, or Bengali
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (some Saturdays required)
- Scheduled Shifts:
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls related to health insurance enrollment
- Assist clients with health plan selection and managed care options
- Process enrollment and disenrollment requests
- Support mailroom and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in call center or human services
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and time management
