Independent Contractor – Marketing VA-Senior/Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Virtual Assistant to manage and execute large-scale, multi-channel outreach campaigns.

This role is critical to driving lead flow through targeted mass DM outreach, Instagram account engagement, cold email campaigns, and daily lead nurturing activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-volume outreach systems while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and structured workflows.

You will work closely with the Operations VA to ensure all leads are properly tracked, qualified, and transitioned through the pipeline efficiently.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Multi-Channel Lead Generation
    • Execute high-volume mass DM outreach campaigns (up to 2M/day) using approved tools and SOPs
    • Manage Instagram account outreach and engagement
    • Execute cold email outreach campaigns using provided templates and targeting criteria
    • Perform daily follow-ups and targeted lead engagement
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
    • Support digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms
    • Assist with content distribution across multiple social media pages
    • Ensure campaign consistency, accuracy, and compliance with platform rules
  • Email & SMS Marketing
    • Manage email and SMS campaigns, including:
      • Flows and automations
      • Templates and copy implementation
      • Integrations with CRM or marketing platforms
    • Monitor performance and flag deliverability or engagement issues
  • Lead Tracking & Collaboration
    • Coordinate closely with the Operations VA to:
      • Track leads accurately
      • Qualify inbound and outbound responses
      • Ensure clean handoff to sales or next-stage teams
    • Maintain up-to-date records inside CRM or tracking systems


Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills and Qualifications

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or campaign management
  • Proven experience handling high-volume outreach campaigns
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach best practices (DMs, email, social engagement)
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms and automations
  • Ability to follow SOPs precisely while managing large workloads
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, consistent, and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • LANGUAGES SPOKEN / PREFERENCE: English (Spanish is a plus)
  • ACCENT PREFERENCE: Level A–C (Good English comprehension, communication, speaking, and writing required)
  • REGION PREFERENCE: Any (Excluding the Philippines)

APPLICATION SOFTWARE / TOOLS (EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)

  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Email & SMS marketing tools

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 30-40 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: Daytime CST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
