We are looking for Auxiliary Design Packaging-Reciprocating Compressor of 3-10 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location
Key Skills: NX10, AutoCAD & Team Center, P&IDs, Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control, and maintain OTD

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Plot plan footprint, compressor general arrangement, compressor skid mech. Equipment’s full supply
  • General arrangement for cooling oil console and footprint, lube oil console and footprint, process gas cooler skid and footprint, separator skid and footprint
  • Piping, interconnecting piping & support for cooling water, process gas and lube oil
  • Piping and interconnecting piping, interconnecting piping supports, loose auxiliary piping, loose interconnecting piping, loose manual valves
  • Auxiliaries gas piping between different compressors, auxiliaries gas piping, air suction and gas exhaust valves and accessories
  • Full supply for compressor skid, lube oil console, cylinder cooling console, frame lube oil/cylinder cooling common console, packing cooling console
  • Mechanical project design summary, piping lines specifications, lube oil cooler data sheet, water cooler data sheet, lubricator
  • Perform Technical Reviews. Review process- 30%-60%-90%. Handhold, guide & mentor the team to improve technical competency of the team
  • Drive Knowledge Management, Continuous improvement & Productivity improvement initiatives
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in an engineering position for Auxiliary System Engineering - Mechanical for Turbomachinery’s Reciprocating Compressor in oil and gas/power sector.
  • More than 3 years of Experience in Reciprocating Compressor – Designing in oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector.
  • Should be able to read P&IDs , Customer Specification
  • Should be able to provide support on preparation of Equipment Specification / Datasheets, Purchase Specification
  • Tools skill: Siemens NX10, AutoCAD & Team Center
  • Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control, and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents, timely execution
